The white or green primary springs give more takeoff from the start than stock. I am not sure what is stock on the HO, though. The green will give quite a bit of boost at takeoff, and maybe lose a little top speed. White not quite the boost, but SHOULDN'T lose any top speed (or very little).

The Ho comes with the blue spring(actually blue and yellow).
As farmer said, the white or green is what your looking for.
I choosethe white because I'm on a lot of tight trails and dident want to introduce myself to any trees.
The green is a bit jerky for me.

I should add that when changing the springs or putting in a clutch kit, the added performance comes with a small loss of low-speed control. I run the white spring, and after a couple rides felt I could control it as well as with the stocker. In my opinion, the green will be difficult to control where absolute precision is required (rock-hopping, for example). For general riding, it would be fine, though.
