SQUICKIDY sqeak... can anyone answer another one of my problems

Depends,
Do they stop squeaking when you use them, or does the squeaking get worse when you use them?
All brakes on ATV's pick up dust and dirt, and can squeak when you first apply them, but then it should stop squeaking.
Also some heavy duty break pads will have a slight squeak when first applied.
If it sounds worse, the harder you use them, then yes that would be a problem, and you should take a look at the pads.

Most likely things are fine.
Most of todays brake pads are SEMI METALIC meaning semi metal. They have small metal particles that will sometimes squeak aginst the rotors. If it really bothers you, take the wheel off, then take a straight screw driver and LIGHTLY score the rotor in 2 or 3 spots Front and Back side. This will take care of the squeak until the marks wear away.

For the most part, when you rub metal on metal at relatively high speeds, it's gonna make some noise. However, I'd probably consider this to be more of a nuisance than a problem.
Sort of like when my swingarm squeaks ALL the way up and ALL the way down... yeah... it's reeeaally annoying, but I doubt there's a serious problem with it...

I agree, just let em squeak. If you want your brakes to last a bit longer, make sure they are clean after each ride. Clean the disks with brake parts cleaner or rubbing alcohol and an old clean rag, a shoptowel or paper towel. In my opinion, Gunk makes the best brake parts cleaner. While doing this is not absolutely necessary, it is part of my routine maintenance.
