Utility Quad to a Sport?
#1
I've been debating for awhile about selling my SP500 and getting a sport quad. And since Polaris came out with the Predator, I'm really thinking hard about it. Has any one gone from riding Utilities atv's then went to a Sport atv? If so, did you miss it and go back, or are you having more fun on the sport.

Sports are more fun, and more work to ride. That's a good thing. But now and then we miss having a utility when it comes to chores or rough stuff.
Sports handle so much better, you can go so much faster. If you are pushing your SP speed wise, then get a sport. If you are just poking along, you'll be happier with the smooth and easy ride of the SP.

Like Fourlix said, if your rideing your Sportsman mostly wide open and wishing it was a little faster, you'll LOVE a good sport quad. The fun factor goes way up when you're on a light great handling powerfull sport quad. I never miss the 4X4 out on the trail, you rairly need it unless your actually looking for mud.
And with the Griz still in the family, go for it.
The one thing you might miss is the rack, but you can then get a grab bar small rack.
