i am lookin into modifing my sportsman 700, i am considering 2 options,

1) the hot seat 700 kit whicc includes a pipe, header,k&n filter, jets, and a clutch kit

2) the aaen 7oo kit which includes slip on pipe, new carb, and a clutch kit

if anyone has used either of these kits or has an opinion on how they work please lrt me know, also i was thinking of using the hot seat kit with the aaen carb how do you think that will work. has anyone has dynoed the 700 with mods. thanx

My friend just got the power maxx pipe, silencer, and clutch kit from HPD. He loves it. HPD is probably more reliable engine wise than HSP but AAEN is good too. By the way, i see you live in NY. Where do you ride, i've been looking for more places and legal places.

i'd go hotseats.

but if ya want to add to the hotseats get a 38mm tmx carb pplus the hotseats kit.

the hotseats pipe and clutch kit will give better low end, and the aaen carb and clutch combo will give better top end.

soo use the hotseats pipe, and a bigger carb, plus the hotsats clucth kit for the best of everything.
