hot seat performance pipe on trailblazer
#2
I now someone that has it and they like it alot.It suppesed to add 7hp without doing anything else but he had to rejet,he also put on a clutch kit just for the heck of it.I dont believe that adding a pipe with no other mod is crazy. If you pipe it you might as well jet and clutch it.Jetting is cheap and easy, clutch kit can be anywhere from 80 to 180.Depends on the brand and what you want it to do.

You should always go with a complete kit if you can.
The clutch kits are designed to optomize the power
of the pipe. So if you have a Hotseat pipe and a
HPD clutch kit your clutch may not be getting into
the RPM range of the pipe.

you should be happy, but GET the clutch kit as well from them to match the new engine powerband and speed with the new pipe, rejetting is a must in this case, the good thing about those 250 pipe (hot seat) is that they come with silencer matched together (no need to buy a silencer).
