Beasty, I know you said your bulbs are good, but did you install a battery eliminator capacitor when you removed your battery? The charging system has to have a load on it or else it will burn up. The CDI coil is a seperate system. If you dont have something to put a load on it, you may have burned up your stator. You need to take your meter and see if you have A/C current coming out of your stator with it running. If you do,check on the output side of the regulator and see if you have charging voltage there.If you do,then there is a broke wire or something of the sort. You just need to start at the beginning of the power source and inch your way along with a meter untill you find the problem. that is the ONLY way to find it. If you need an electrical schematic,get a service manual. Also there is only a circuit breaker in the main charge line.
