Take a look at hpd. They got great stuff! Take a look at the powermax kit, you'll like it. If you want more power this is the way to go! A big 7-8 hp increase. The only thing is it about 93 db. So if you want big power its probably gonna be louder than you want it.

Thanks for the compliment I try. The wife says I spend too much time cleaning it. I love the Bearclaws they are 23x8x11 F and 22x12x10 R.
I see Aaen has what they call a stage 5 kit for the 500. Anyone know the price of this kit? It`s almost everything I listed up top.

Offrder15,
Scramblerized is right. There is a 7-8 hp gain through the power maxx system. We are talking about the 500. The 400 power maxx setup says something to the effect of 87 horses. That seems a little crazy.
Snowdrift,
I have the bear claws on my machine. They are a good tire. I definately like them upfront cuz of the 4x4. They hook up really well and really deliver the power to the ground. I'd compare them to any tire you could put on a Scrambler for all terrain use. They do fling a nice roost too

Ahh yes, my friends, scrambled6910 and ScRaMbLeRiZeD, apparently there is a mis-understanding. Yes, the pipe is called PowerMaxx, BUT no it DOES NOT offer a 7-8 horsepower gain.
Wait!!! You think I am wrong again? Take a CLOSER look at the HPd site and you will see for yourself...or wait, let me just copy and paste for you:
<< Awesome power and appearance! Increase the fun factor by bringing your 250 to life. An aggressive trail pipe with a full 7 to 8 increase in horsepower. NOTE: Clutch kit suggested. >>
If you missed my point, then read it again! The site is wrong, and if you are like me, you have the catalog at home with the right information on the pipe. The above quote was taken from HPd's site under the PowerMaxx Exhaust for the Scrambler 500. Now go back to the site and take a look at what it says for the Trailblazer...or wait, I'll just copy and paste it for you again:
<< An aggressive trail pipe with a full 7 to 8 INCREASE IN HORSEPOWER. >>
Oh my Gosh! It's the same thing! I think I proved my point. Please don't get me wrong, I just don't like being told I'm wrong when I am not.
Now here is the REAL, 100% TRUE information on the PowerMaxx Exhaust system for the Scrambler 500 straight from the catalog, and straight from HPd, as I was told this very same information over the phone...
<< Awesome power and appearance! A full 6 foot lbs of torque gain in the mid, with 4.5 horsepower gain on top. Great low volume rumble. 93 DB. $304.95. >>
I think that cleared it all up. By the way ScRaMbLeRiZeD, next time I will double check before I talk. By double checking, I would have not taken for granted that I was the only one here that caught the error on HPd's website. If there is anyone here that need to find out for themselves, call HPd or RCR, or just get yourself an HPd catalog.
