i need to know if a lift kit will be required to run 28" laws on my sp700? I already have spaced the struts and slid the floorboards back 1" and my 27" 589's don't rub under load.
thanks Ed

I have 28" Mudzillas on my sp'500. I did not lift the rear. I added the 1-1/2" spacer between the front strut housing and the coil spring and slid the strut 1" up out of the strut housing. I moved the floorboards back 1/2". I inflated the mudzillas to 20 psi. The 12 inchers on the rear were 30-1/2" tall and 10 inchers on the front were 29-1/2" tall. At 5 psi the tires were roughly 28-1/2". Either way, they did not rub.
