This is the last one I promise fellows (for now anyway) My dealer is a super good guide when I talked to him previously and when I was at the dealership he told me of a device his mechanic made that makes the sportsman and any other polaris for the fact steer easier, he swears he want ride one now unless it has it on it. I will be going over to pick up my front bumper and winch mount probably Monday or Tuesday so I am going to take some pics of this and will be glad to send anybody one who is interested. My sportsman steers good but as you know how lazy cops are I am all for anything to make the job easier...I really mean this time GONE RIDING

Go look at these and tell me what you think of it the c part of the metal fits into the fin and then the tie rod and tie rod end bolt to it ....
suppose to make it a lot easier to steer.

Well mine is done. Power steering is the only way to explain it. Steering effort is reduced by 40% and no noticable difference in turn circle. I did the full meal deal new 1/2" Heim joints for the inner and outer rod-ends, modified the steering by adding the extension brackets and also installed HD springs. Wow! it's a different machine and was worth the effort. Try it you’ll like it.
Thanks atving for the suggestion and the pics.
