I have a 00' Magnum 500. I notice the front brakes squeak a lot, and I was wondering if anyone has the same problem. The brakes squeak while riding, and even more when I use them. I also have a question about cleaning the tires and plastic. What do you guys use, and how can I get my quad as sparkly as they show it in the brochure? Any help with either of these questions would be greatly appriciated. Thanks!!

Take off the tires and rotate the rotors by hand. If they hit a spot where they rub on the brakes, you have a warped rotor. I just took my 00 SP500 back to the dealer with the same problem, and they ordered up new rotors, covered by warranty. Hope it helps.
