When out in the snow dont forget to pull off the skid plate it holds alot of snow and when you fill up under the quad and radiator you have no cooling at all and it will get hot.GOOD idea on the Crazy Carpet. As for 2000IAWarrior you can tell by the post he is a kid so overlook him until he really needs something.

Arcosanti,

I wish I had your problems. I live in Northeast Oklahoma and am dying to get some snow. The weatherman yesterday said we were suppose to get 8" of snow overnight. I woke up this morning and had nothing but rain. I was gonna call in sick to work this morning to stay home and ride my Scrambler.

It is snowing here right now! Not enough to make any drifts, though.

jtrundle-

Believe me, I know how you feel. We haven't gotten squat yet up here either! I was planning on waiting until I sold my SP500 before I paid the balance on the new 600, but it dawned on me last night that I don't want to be forced to take it easy during the break-in period if we have a bunch of snow to play in. I think I may go pick the darn thing up today so I can putz around the trails this week and weekend and get her good and broken in!

OkieDude, This really sux, doesn't it? The weathermen out of Tulsa can't predict anything. I think the weather men and the hardware stores are incahoots.

30mph into a snow drift? Rule #1 "if your going to be stupid - ya gotta be tough"
Bwaaaahahahaha......

The Q-tipp statement had me pounding my head on the table.... hey yo -

I would suggest a piece of cloth over the radiator if riding in deep snow - keeps the snow out but yet will breath. But in all seriousness - they don't build airplanes to crash and ATV's are not indestructible - its all terrain, not all abuse....

Good luck!
