So how do you tighten them up....I have not looked yet but this may be something I would do depending on what diffference it would make on my own ride..just got 600 Twin in two days and I really have not got to ride it yet so will let you know....ride on [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

Its great having the Sportsman around when I want a sure footed comfortable ride.
My wife won't let me get rid of it either. I tried to talk her into a new Kawasaki P650 but she hated the stiff ride.
Looks like the old Cadillac will be in my garage for a long time.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

To tighten or loosen up the suspension on a Polaris with adjustable springs, you simply turn the collar that the spring rides against. If you look closely, it has little 'steps' in it, so as you turn it, it will put more or less initial tension on the spring, depending on which way you turn it. On my Xplorer, the tool to turn the collar came in the tool kit.
From what I know, most Polaris machines have adjustable rear, and fixed front settings.
The Predator is adjustable all around.
