Default K&N Part # for Predator 500

Tried a twist on the other bike for a while....went back to the HPD billet thumb unit. Personaly preference.

Default K&N Part # for Predator 500

There's wiring harness going into the thumb throttle housing on the Predator. Anyone know what its for?

its for the override switch etc electronic throttle control its so when your throttle gets stuck it automaticly shuts off......... also has anyone had problems with start up linking to the override like when you start/choke you should be able to do that without even touching the throttle correct being brand new looking for any help on this one is there an adjustment inside the throttle housing?/

I think it was to a 78-82 Audi 6000 or something. The dimensions matched up perfectly, I just didn't take the time to write down the exact car it is too. To those that have the bike, I've been looking at the airbox/air inlet. It is VERY RESTICTIVE. You have an approx. 2 liter airbox being fed by a 1" diameter intake. Maybee adding some circular filtered vents/and or increasing the airbox intake tube should help. I'll let you know the results.
Anyone ever try this part #33-2003 ?
