Default Possible pred Problem?

Ok..just out cleaning my bike up..doing my once over of the bike and was inspecting the bushings. Well ones loose..i think. How can i explain it...ok..heres a pic..basically you can spin the top nut...the wheel has a little play..like if you push BOTH wheels outward at the same time..it has a little bit of movement..is this just somthing i should tighten? If so..what would i tighten it too? torque wise?Or is somthing wrong with the bushing?

heres the link to the picture...i think it was this bushing or the one right beside it..

That is like a tie rod end on a car. It should only spin in the joint. The nut should not be lose. It will have very little play in it but the nut should not spin.

So what do you think..tighten it up, or bring it in to the dealer?

I have heard about certain things being lose expecially on the left side. Tighten it up and see what it feels like.
