Yea I don't understand it either. We have alot of nice trails here that the kids can't ride on. Like you said the kids have out grown 90cc machines by the time they are 12. It will take a bunch of kids getting hurt on those machines before anything gets done, but then they might just raise the age instead of looking at the real problem.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

 

The real problem is that the politicians are making descisions, instead of the parents..I feel it should be the parents decision to choose which machine that their child is experienced enough to ride.. There are kids out there that have been riding since they were old enough to walk, and alot of kids that race also...I don't feel that they have the right to make such decisions, most parents are responsible enough to choose which machine their child should be riding...What do you tell that 6'1" 15 year old....You have to ride that 90....I don't think so..My son will soon be stepping up to a 300EX or a Warrior, and the Federal government can kiss my a$$....
