Yeah there was a price difference in the TL, only what, $200-300? If I remember right, I asked my dealer once what a front/rear set of replacement black plastic costs, and I think he said around $175-$225 f/rear.........

So the TLD Predator costs around $300 more than a regular Predator, or you can purchase the standard Predator and put TLD Black plastic on it for roughly $200.

I hope that the TLD Predator doesn't end up like the famous Chevy LT1 350 V8. There seems to be about 50,000 more LT1's out there than were ever actually produced.

Oh I see, I missread it, I thought he (Heapster) was giving a general price for the plastic like he did for the additional cost for the TLD Pred ($200-$300 / $175-$225). See what I mean?

My TLD has 2 Predator logos inside each wheel. I don't think the standard models have this.

The TLD is not supposed to be faster or a totally different quad, just unique. Have you noticed Yamaha now having the limited edition Raptors and Banshees? A black Raptor will cost you an extra $300.

 

You know whats funny is I called polaris and they themselves could not give me an answer on how to tell you what number TLD you have out of a 1000 units she said maybe the last 4 digits in the vin but wasn't sure about that I'm suspicious.
