I have just finished reading the first test of the new ATP and I am confused on something they wrote in the new magazine. On pg.115 4th paragraph they say "This allows the operator to flip a switch on the handlebars and switch to either AWD, locked rear differential or "turf" mode." On pg.120 1st paragraph they state "The AWD system was <u>engaged </u>on the PVT gearbox and we let it rip." Now considering I have a 4x4 myself, not the new ATP I remind you, there is no way to engage the AWD system on the gearbox??? I just push a button and wallah 4WD. So what are they saying here or do they just not know how the AWD and PVT systems work? Is there an AWD gear or does Dirty Wheels not know what they are talking about? Has anyone else noticed this? Thanks I forgot to add, on my Scrambler the PVT has nothing to do with the AWD system, It comes from the shaft out of the transmission to the front differential. Is this something new??
