When my friend's Warrior had this problem, the dealer ended up changing out the wiring harness. It had a short in it. No more problems after that. Just an idea.

Just a thought, but check the connections on the battery to make sure they aren't loose. I heard if the battery is disconected during use it could cause some or all the lights to burn out.

Yep, just like a car. If you lose the battery connection or main power supply anywhere the voltage will spike for a second and can blow things. With the headlights on they are the most venerable to go. If you have a weak or bad battery, get a new one and it should be a done deal

Hey yeh, I have one of those big ole Capacitors on my big ole subwoofer's. LOL With my 1500 watt amp on one side and 80 on the other in my 1500 4x4 , gotta have that cap!! Not to mention the upgraded alternator 0 gauge wiring etc. Hey Modquad, why you get me started on that stuff?? I know more about that than ATV's anyday. Now....where is that car stereo forum??? LOL
