major problem with my predator!!!!
what are you refering to as powershifting...??? not clutching??
i never shift with out the clutch. when i race someone i never let off the gas and only pop the clutch and shift it to the next gear.....sometime it doesn't shift tho.....and sometimes it goes 2 gears up, its crazy at times. the only thing that is irratating about the predator is the shifting while racing![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]
well the dealer says they should have it apart by thrursday evening.
i will post what i find out when i find it out

Power Shifting is not letting off the gas while shifting..USEING the clutch. SO even though your using the clutch..your still causing damage to the tranny.
Most serious Drag racers will powershift, you can knock a few tenths off your time, however your also knocking a few years off your tranny! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

called the dealer today at 4:30 and they still haven't gotten a chance to wrench on it yet. maybe tomorrow i hope, sure am curious to see what gave out.....

Two mates of mine have lost 4th gear requiring new trannies.
One of them is pushing for the record book, he is on his 3rd.
Mines okay but then again I'm not fast enough to need 4th

wow, i feel special, being missed.
ha,ha, i guess i just haven't had much to say lately. i haven't done anything to the predator since it had the 4th gear repaired.....except ride it. O- i do need to replace the handle bars, i want a nice set that doesn't vibrate like the stockers. i hate that numb hands syndrome i get while crusing in 4th at 7500rpm's[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] any sugestions????
