You cant say that even a moded 250 wont stay with a 400! My 250 can beat a 400 up 2 about 50mph and then it catches me and I can hang right along side of it. A HPD 250 race mod can beat a 400 all the way. Yes it is some money but there is nothing like the feeling when a 400 pulls up along side and you see the smile on his face untill I take off and look back at the confused look on his face. It is very possable and not hard to do. The right mods and some time will definately get it there. But as for the stage 1 kit, It wont even come close to the 400 power. I have a friend that has a 80hp scrammy and you want to talk about fast!!! WHEW! This thing will rip your fingers off if you dont hold on tight. He also has about $2500 into it to. There is nothing that I have seen even come close to it for speed. You gotta love the 2 stroke power!
