Sportsman 400 EBS

Sportsman 400 EBS
I'm considering the Sportsman 400 for my wife, but she has gotten use to my 2002 Sp 500 with EBS. I haven't tried the 400, but it does not have EBS. Do you guys think this will be a problem ? We go up and down hills all the time here in Maine.
