Default Water Drain Plugs

Hello... If I occasionally go through some creeks, what are the major areas that I need to drain water from on my Quad (other than the airbox drain). I usually don't go in water over my foot rest. I've got 100 miles on my quad and all I've ever done is check the airbox. Thanx..

It doesn't hurt to drain the recoil housing and the starter occasionally also. If you go in alot of water, high water, the clutch housing should also be checked often for water entry and cleanliness.

If you have 03, there is also a drain plug on the bottom of the clutch cover.
