I am more than comfortable dealing with people in person Ken - As I said, I am in the customer service business in my company. In fact I prefer to deal with a company on a person to person level so I can guage the level of customer service and base my decision not only on price but the level of service I recieve. As for HPD, in my book they have failed and thus have not earned my business. That includes ordering from their online automated sight. There are plenty of other companies out there that deserve to be rewarded for good service and good price and I will take my business to them...

Colorpred,
I have also seen billet throttles from Moose in the Dennis Kirk catalog that run around $130. Good luck on your search. As for HPD, I have had nothing but good experiences from them, as have all my good friends. Sometimes hang-ups or disconnects occur on accident...perhaps the new pred mods in the back scared the crap out of here and she was forced to leave the phone (lol). Either way...Mrs. HPD is extremely nice. Before turning a sour shoulder, perhaps call them back, refer your name, and explain that you were not happy if there was a rudness incident, accept the apology, and take serious interest into their products. They have excellent service everytime I've delt with them, and rapid shipment if they have parts in stock. Give them a 2nd chance!!
