So I got the brand new(at the time) 2021 Tao Tao 250 Rhino. I got it home and assembled and it would only crank and run on full choke and would bog down pretty bad if I gave it the beans. After lurking on here for a while I figured it was a carb issue so I replaced it with a new carb recommended on one of the threads (linked below) and a new spark plug. It ran perfectly for a few weeks but then it started giving me issues again recently just being difficult to start or randomly cutting off which just caused some minor frustration. Now, however, it has a whole new gremlin and won't start at all. It cranks and sounds like it is going to run but never fully turns over, even with a blast of starter fluid which is how I've circumvented it in the past. This thing is still basically new and is probably still only on its' 3rd tank of gas so I'm at a loss after I thought I had fixed it. It did run out of gas a few days before this happened so I'm not sure if that plays in as well.

One other sidenote is that both the spark plug I pulled out when I flipped the carb and the one I put in and has only been in a few rides is already black at the base. Don't know if I just didn't tune the carb correctly or if its a bigger issue but I need this thing running asap so any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

Fit a new plug. If it fires up with that, tune your new carb. If it doesn't, clean your original carb's jets and passageways out with compressed air, do not alter mixture settings, fit it and see if it runs. If it doesn't, try the same with the new carb.
