Lean but smoking
Hi Everyone,
I just bought a 2007 arctic cat mud pro 700. It idled rough but when you hit the throttle it ran good. Guy said he hadn't used it in 2 years, old fuel etc. change fuel, oil, spark plug etc. it still idled rough, wanted to die. I figured the injector was probably shot. I changed the injector, cleaned out the air box etc put back together. Now it idled really high, smokes out the garage and the exhaust glows red. Intake boots right, no crack etc. I did find the vacuum line off the map sensor was broken and not attached to the throttle body. Got a new line, still doing the same thing. I'm thinking the MAP sensor is bad. Any thoughts?
