It looked like an old lime rock quarrie. It was like you were in the mountans of tennesee. Unreal!!! There were 30 ft walls that you climb. it seemed like it was a bowl in a bowl in a bowl. once you go down , the only way out is to go back up. One of the guys I was with made it almost all the way out and at the very top started to fall slightly back and.....TIMBER... LOOK OUT... OH S%^$!! ITS HEADING RIGHT FOR US...
He ended up being ok. the bars got bent and the bike rolled over him but other than being real sore., he was ok. this place had it all/ climbing, woops, mud and a beautiful veiw to boot. another good thing is that it is not a state park.
its about 30 minutes west of Ocala. I cant wait to go back.

yes. you take state road 200 out to lecanto rd. t/r to tram rd t/l to the end and its to the right.
It is 1000's of acres. You really get the feeling you are in the mountains. no matter what your skill level, you will find a challenge there and maybe get your azz handed to you.
when we were leaving , there was lots of four wheeler coming out. so it looked like a regular spot. there were lots of trails carved out. miles of woops. alot of fast trails , trees, shade, mud puddles and 35 ft walls to climb. simply incredible
I am absolutly hooked now. I love the raptor.it held up quite well.

as far as I could see yes. the guys I went with go all the time. I also saw at least 30 quads starting to ride as I was leavng. we went at 630 in the morning. there were so many trails , that you can tell there has been alot of people riding there for a long period of time. I am going back this week after work and maybe again this weekend.

You guys have it made, I'm down in Miami and we have absolutly nothing to ride in Dade, Broward and Palm beach, I mean nothing. I'm even considering getting rid of my bike. Do you guys know of any place to ride further south, a 5 hour drive to central florida just is not appealing especially with this awful weather.

with the way south florida has built up, i think your problem is going to get worse.I grew up down there. I lived out in Davie. We used to ride atc's in the woods behind our subdivision. you could ride to the place from your house. unbeleiveable memories back in them woods. rodney gentry was my next door neighbor. at the time he was a factory racer and was one of the best in the world. all of the kids in the neighborhood had 3 wheelers and rode back there.
trx- I guess croom would be the closest to you. that sux
