Default Sport Quads, So many choices..

Isn't it a nice problem to have in this day and age. I was so sick of reading about all the new Ranch/Hunting machines I could throw up four years ago and longer. Each year somebody raises the bar or trys to anyway. Nice problem to see though my current ride will be going head to head w/ Yammys new quad when it comes out.. Honda has another quad coming. I hear ATK is working on a big bore two stroke for dunes/desert racing.. I was on dirtbikes in the biggest transition year the sport ever saw, 1981 w/ single shock and watercooling making the previous years bikes pathetic in performance and looks..

Yes, it seems as though all the manufacturers are stuck singing the "I can do anything better than you" stuck in there head.

still no 440 race quad!!! (now that the can. is gone) I dont want a 450 that all the manufacturers are hung up on, I all ready have an open class quad! I still wish they would build what the people have been asking for.

Sandgod is right. This is a great time in many ways. Being of an extremely advanced age, I have lived through the Time of No Performance Cars (73-81) when all of a sudden in 1982 the gloves were thrown off by Ford w/the 5.0 Stang, and today there's a myriad of fabulous rides. The aforementioned bike revolution in 1981 (I was on a kidney-popping '72 Yammy 250 MX), and today's quads are all testimonial to the laws of economics----if there's a demand, someone will make it, and we're getting it now. As long as people buy the stuff, it'll keep coming. God Bless America!

You're right there are so many choices. It took me a full year to decide which sport quad I wanted and I still want another one to go with my z. The v-force has caught my eye. Oh sportrox in one of your posts about a kasea skyhawk you said something about people in trailers. I left a little follow up thread to that comment. I would like to talk to you in person about it.
