mud/water/snow in a v-force or other sport quad?
Before you ride in the mud, spray the bike down with Armor All, Finish 2001 or some plastic shine (the cheapest you can find). Spray everything, it will allow for a much easier clean-up. I wouldn't use WD-40 because it can cause build-up and is a petroleum base that isn't great for seals. Make sure your air box drain is working well. That way anything that goes in will come back out. Watch out for mud packing into your radiator. Also, when in the mud, don't wipe the mud off your fenders as that will cause a lot of scratching and your quad will age prematurely. Try to wash the bike off when the mud is wet because it will clean a lot easier. Invest in a pressure washer, you will never regret it.
