Cmon kid, didnt you look at the specs on yamahas website???

The bikes are almost identical, the raptor 350 is an updated version of the warrior. The raptor 350 has a same size, but different design BSR carb, smaller tires front and rear, different rear shock, and new exhaust and plastics. It should be a little faster than the warrior due to these addons and the resulting weight savings. Other than that they are identical.

If you have to dough for the raptor 350, then get it. It will hold resale a lot better and you can be the first one on the block with one when it is released. If you dont have the extra cash, then stick with the warrior, its basically the same machine. But I would guess that if you are getting a new quad when so many warriors are availible used for much less, that you have the extra money. Get the raptor 350.

I was under the impression that the 350 Raptor was replacing the Warrior...Which I think is the best thing Yamaha could have done... The warrior is a good machine and all but the looks are blah...

Yamaha will probably continue to sell their inventory of warrirors, just not produce any more than they already have. The 2004 warrior was already produced, shipped, in showrooms and in customer hands by the time the raptor 350 was released.
