How fast will a lt250r bored 60 over with mild modifacations go? It has a end pipe, jetted, airfilter and few other things like 18 or 20 inch rear tires. Any feed back would be helpful

 

85/86=65-68,mph 87=72 mph,88+ 70 mph

It all depends on how its geared.

 

Hey micth, its me Nova from atlanta mx, i didnt make the connection untill you gave me your email about that spare engine. yea my lt250r goes 74 mph with all the mods and my fatty pipe, probly upper 70's with my drag pipe.there great bikes good luck, u got a deal!

Thnaks alot i hoping to get around 65 maybe 70 out of mine but i don't know yet i will have to wait and see. I gonna do soem work to it this summer and winter like powercoat the frame and new plastic for next summer.

 

hey mitch,i would look at getting a pipe system for it before plastics, the plastics looked to be in real good shape.try and stay away from dg.it will deffinatly do 65 for sure, they did that stock.but i guess it does have 18" tires on it...but once you mod it up and put a 13T sproket it will absolutly RIP! one of my freinds wanted to buy it b4 you and hes just sick that he didnt get it haha...i guess he is tired of looking at my rear end. tdr reeds are great, be sure to give them a look. yup well as soon as you get the bike and engines give me an email with some details of the motors!
