Do you really mean a 250X 4 stroke, or the 250r 2 stroke ? If you are indeed comapring the 250x to the lt250, the lt250 is MUCH faster.
The 250X was a bulletproof machine and handled great, but no power. The lt250 2 stroke would be easier to do any work on the engine..etc.
As far as dependibility, depends on what kind of shape there in and how much they were trashed.

The 250X is as bulletproof as any atv ever.

(the Zuk is a good bike, the the X is TOP NOTCH reliable)

shady im not defending the lt 250.... who the hell does not know that the lt will smoke the 250.. and probably beter bang for those who want that speed ????
