Quadzillas?how are they?
The 87 should be more powerful because it had a 25% larger reed assembly. Not sure about the carburetor, but I think it's the same for all years with a simple jetting change. I know mine had a 420 main jet on my 87 and I dropped to a 380 after I swapped to an 88 cylinder.

Three Zillas? You rock!
I have been watching them from time to time on ebay, seems they aren't quite given the fan fare I think they deserve these days, since everyone wants the latest 4-stroke. To any of you who are uneducated/unexperienced with 2-strokes------the old 2-strokes may be old now, but they are still faster in most cases and DEFINITELY in the case of Quadzilla!

most of u no nothing about it, so i and others that do know would appreciate u stay out of these conversations from now on, of course unless u attain the knowledge. 1st of all the lt250r is not a ZILLA! only the 500, and the reason its called quadzilla is for its engine and physical size! it is not hard to kick at all in my opinion either. i mean its not like a banshee, but come on its not that bad. i can sit and kick it. and if u have to ask if it will keep up with a warrior, u shouldnt ride one. id forgive u if u asked if it could keep up in 3rd. and suspension dosent bottom over small jumps either. they have awesome power and torque and not much can hang with them stock or piped

Thanks for smackin' the kids around. They get really annoying. As I read the last posts before yours, my eyes were just rolling. Then I read yours and got a chuckle. Thanks.
