If I run into somebody and break something, I would think any decent person would feel obligated to (or at least help) pay for the damage. Yeah $hit happens, but somebody is usually doing something wrong if you run into somebody else. There are different circumstances for every situation, but in general if you break something of somebody elses, you should pay for it. If I do something stupid and cause somebody to run into me, well then that's my fault and of course they don't have to pay for it then.

I should expect that somebody else is going to hit me and break $hit, so if I don't like it I shouldn't be riding?????????????
I accept that $hit happens and I might do something and break my quad, but sure the he|| not that somebody else will crash into me.................

lol,ive slammed into my buddies 400ex while ice racing and totally shattered his brand new itp c-series wheel,guess what?i didnt buy him a new wheel and i wouldnt expect him to buy me one unless he ran into me on purpose..
