Tusk Nerf bars!?!?!??!!
#1
i am planning on adding some nerf bars on my05 400ex. i was all gung ho to buy some top of the line $200+ ones... how ever im starting to conserve my money for future plans on buying my gf a used wheeler. ok problem at hand. i found some good looking nerfs from tusk, on RMATV(rocky mountain atv) for $110. has anyone purchased these units? any pro's or cons? they look small, which thats fine. i like the fact that you dont have to remove the stock foot rests. anyways let me know

My buddy bought the same smaller tusk nerfs for his banshee and he loves them because they leave his stock heel guards in place. If you decide to go with the larger, more expensive nerfs, definately get some with heel guards, but i don't see you having any problems with the ones you are looking at.

I have the Tusk nerf bars on my Raptor. They mounted up easy, look great and have held up fine through all the jumping and bouncing off of trees and you cant beat the price. Highly recommend them.
