Well, you can like everyone says, throw a buttload of money into a banshee and the dirt drag is yours to own....mainly due to its rediculassly long frame and swing arm...but my friends 05 banshee and my 04 YFZ have drag raced on the street... Needless to say i crush him without even trying...although his top end is abou 1-2mph more than mine, probably due to having 6 gears compared to my 5...add a tooth up front, or take 2 out back, and ill rape his top end and still crush him in the drag race...

I think some people shouldnt get so cocky.Its the rider like most of u said.Just because some of u think u have the fastest quad doesnt mean anything.Its just personal preferense.Counting out the ds650x is a big mastake.For bigger riders awsome quad great power good for the dunes.Its not the fastest but it can handle its own against the 450's.Might not always win.People shouldnt bad mouth other peoples atv's because there a little bit slower.I now have beaten my cousins 450er on top in barely.On the road.Out of five races i won three.just depends on many things.wieght,rider abilitie ect.
