FMF or White Brothers pipes?

Hey, I just got a 96 warrior and I wanted to get some good exhaust pipes. I was just wondering which of the two is best? FMF Megamax 2 or the White Brothers E-series? I think the E-series looks cooler but it is $50 more than the FMF. Does the E-series have more power? Which is loudest? Also I was wondering if I would need to Re-Jet it? Would I have to get larger or smaller jet? Thanks for any input at all!
