How long has it been since you've had the valve clearance checked? May have some valves a little tight. Shim under bucket type system that unless you want to invest in a box of costly shims, easier and cheaper to let a dealer adjust them.Hot Cams Valve Shim Kit for Polaris 2003 08 Predator 500 | eBay If you've had them adjusted recently then the carb itself night be the problem and in need of a rebuild kit.Polaris Predator 500 Shindy Carburetor Carb Rebuild Repair Kit Fits All 2003 07 | eBay

It runs fine just blowing a tank in a minute valves and timing was adjusted and carb was rebuilt

Well something ain't kosher if it's blowing gas in the air box. You might check the crank case vent plus check that oil level is ok in the tank and it's not gas contaminated. Plus wouldn't hurt to recheck the carb work if it came down to it.
