SPORT QUAD???
#12
That really gets me mad too. Someone on here tried telling me that my 250ex wasnt a sport quad. I consider anyting without racks and isnt a utility a sport quad. I might not be a RACE quad but its sporty. I to wish people would talk about performance upgrades and stuff instead of what is better. Considering its all in rider I think anyways. Someone that can shift better and ride better will win. Who cares what is faster straight line. Unless its turbo and has nos and is at a actual drag race I dont care. On the track or in the woods is what I would like to hear about. people need to stop the smart comments and all the bashing. some people need to be booted from here in opinion. But it doesnt seem anybody listens to my opinions. Sorry but Im just blowing off steam and this seemed like the perfect place.

Hello all,I just bought a brand new Mohave 250 2002 yesterday on the 2-2-02 and I took it out and I absolutely am stoked since its my 1st 4 stroke.I never knew a 4stroke could be so peppy but its has such a nice wide torque spread. Its a all day 3rd gear motor if ya want to be lazy.It actually feels faster in the woods then my banshee, plus its got unlimited rpm reverse who needs self cleaning tires when ya got reverse,I want to keep my Banshee but at the same time sell it.I know 2 smokers are limited and I dont know if they are gonna be worth more or no 1 will want them when the ban goes in effect 2006.I saw Lurches quad and see your a devout christian.I am 2 and would never give up my faith or atvs for no 1 or anything.1 more question before I enter that pissing contest.just J/k.How much do you have into that quad because I saw the list and cant even imagine what it costs but its gorgeous.Anyway I wish the companys would go back to the sport segment and not this suv utility bull dinghus. In fact during the 90s when I was a teen/young 20s I actually got so turned off by all the mfgs quads I thougth Id never see the light of day when sports quads would come back and almost gave up on the sport. Now that I own 2 quads and 1 bike and have ridden, its almost like the perfect drug that i cant quit nor do I wanna quit I'm hooked.Too bad I gotta have to work for aliving to ride whata shame.I can see your point tho that mfgs go wher epeoples interests are,if every 1 is gaga over suvs and show no interest in sport quads even if we outnumber every 1.Then thats where the mfgs will show there interest.I live in NJ,1 day maybe Ill take my bike up to my aunts house in inlet NY and try to find a place to ride.I would certainly love to ride w some of the guys in here.ATVing isnt about going fast for every1 but to me its bout the commeraderie of it all.
