llknowlesll,

I am in the same position as you.. and Yeah it would be great to buy the new frame, etc.. but there isn't really a need to do that unless you are TT racing, or all out MX racing.. Starting off:

Frame: use the stock frame and have a local shop gusset the corners and make it stronger. Then get it powdercoated.

Motor: I'm going to use the ESR 350 powervalve motor, great bottom and top end. TRX5 pipe (dont go to a 370, good motor but nothing lasts when its stroked.)Eddie Sanders Racing

A-arms: Roll design lobo 2 long travel Roll Design

SwingArm: Roll design lobo rear swingarm

Axle: LSR Axcalibar racing axle (adjustable w/ lifetime warrenty) Lone Star Racing

If you absolutly want a new frame, you can get a LSR one, either MX, TT or sandduning, baja heavy wall for about $2310.00 \
Good Luck and have fun building your 250r.

i wood stick with all lone star products. they have powder coated frames for 250r or you could get the 250r frame that is made to fit the banshee motor. they have extended a-arms up to 3in i think. extended swing arms, axles. they have every thing for the frame and suspension. they have a full setup kit for like a little over $5000. it includes the powdered coated frame, extended a-arms,swingarm,bearing carrier, axle, brake hubs, brake lines, i dont know about the stering stem and the shocks.

XxDumontRaptorxX NOS dosn't stand for Nitrous Oxide, it stands for Nitrous Oxide System. So he would be putting a NOS on his fourwheeler not putting NOS in it.
