N.B.T.Y you lost me at the end of that post? As for what a stock warrior will beat, with my old one I'v beat 300ex's and every thing smaller. there not really a high preformance quad, but a great starter quad!

Blake likes his.....and when I tell you he is new to it I mean this bike was the third bike he ever road...I turned him on to it b/c I was worried about having to explain to his son later in life that it was my fault his dad got killed on a bike that I thought he could handle...He does not drag with us, only watches, but he will go to the mx track in the blink of an eye and putt around...........As for advice on modifying the 03 shee tit depends on what you want to do and what size tires you run......cpi pipes are best for top end which we all know a shee could use a little more of...But for the best all around pipe Toomey is a real good pipe....K&N filter and outerwear this is real important b/c the stock filter is junk....Then don't forget about the rejetting.

I have an 02 shee with proflow air filter kit with airbox lid removed, and toomey T-5 pipes. with 300 mains every thing else is stock and it works really good. It is supprising how much of a difference this is over stock. I would recomend it to every shee owner. shees come very choked from factory.

people people people, you are foegeting about the lt500 and 250R. What do you mostly see dragracing??? the banshee, lt500, and the 250R. all the 4 strokes iv raced (including raptor with a 700 kit (or somthin) , few tricked ds 650 ,400ex ,z-400 ect ect) are just waaaay to slow for drag racing, and the thing that gets me is that i beat them with a lightly modded 250R.

i just cant help to laugh that a lightily moded 250R (pipe, reeds k+n filter geared) would waste a fully modded raptor and ds.

dragracer you are so correct. I must point out the fact that driver makes 98% of a drag race between close machines. You also have the fact that some machines will outperform others when they are identical. Like my wife's 89 Mustang LX 5.0. We called it a freak car because it simply ran faster than it should have. You come across it in everything that has a motor.Bubba

stock close between raptor, ds650, and the 700. but my question to you is how maby people have a stock banshee...even if they gave the shee rappy tires i think that would pull the shee right in there for the top stock wise.

I ride only on sand, and I would have to say that the BANSHEE dominates out there...I've never "drag raced" anything but another BANSHEE, but I've done a few rolling starts, and hill climbs, and never lose to a 4 stroke...now, most are stock, but I will say that I rode a tricked out RAPTOR at DUNEFEST last AUGUST, and it would wheelie like nobody's business, and plenty of low-end, but top end had much to be desired for my taste, at least in the sand...so for my kind of riding, I would never want anything than a BANSHEE...and for those who think they aren't very reliable, that would suprise me, since mine has always started and ran like a kitten(tiger),and since I had the motor done, it still is very reliable...I am a true hardcore BANSHEE fan and always will be...LONG LIVE THE BANSHEE!

Who really cares whats faster stock, I mean really How many people are riding a stock quad, from my expeirience every stock quad I have riden is slow, and a Piped shee will pretty much smoke any other piped quad except maybe a lt500 I have no experience with them
