i have beaten piped ds's with my piped predator so dont forget about the preds also

 

i have a banshee and a DS and in a 100yd. drag my banshee eats it up, a 4-stroke wont beat a two stroke.

 

I completely agree with everything creeping death said, i have never had a starting problem except when i had to bore it over because of my k&n airfilter letting in too much dirt frying the piston rings.
I may never sell my banshee as long as i live.

 

the cannondale blaze,speed,moto,cannibal,glamis 440 is quicker than all of them because of the efi and is more stable at its top speed then all of the other quads i have ridden all of them the cannondale would probably lose in like a 5 mile race the pred, raptor, ds, and banshee are not too far behind

 

You guys dont forget, his listing says any Cannondale. The higher end models run really good and they will outrun a Raptor on top end for sure.

 

If I'm not mistaken, drag races are only 300 feet long. How maney quads get up to full speed in 300 feet, expecially stock quads. My only experience at drag racing comes from reading these threads and this is just my humbel opinion. With all quads being stock and riders being equal, I think the Banshee would win a 300 foot drag. The 2-strokes would definately be faster off the line. The V-Force would be equally fast off the line but would not have the top end. The Raptor and DS would make it a close and interesting race, but it would all come down to the start.
Since this is all a big fantasy, it all comes down to the "rider". Who has the best timing, clutch use, weight distribution etc.
You can have the fastest quad on the track but if you can't make it work your suckin wind. So anyone who says they can beat any Raptor, Banshee, DS etc is full of crap and just fanning their ego. I say line um up or shut up. When the dust settles, the first RIDER across the line wins.

Like I said, just my humble opinion with no experience to back it up.

 

Stock for stock an 04' DS650 baja WILL beat every other machine against it (current production, including Cannondales) in a drag race. Only a Quadzilla would have a chance to beat it if all things were equal. The new DS will and has beaten older stock DS's too. The stock KFX 700 is really a disappointment in actual drag races. The V-force FEELS faster than the rest in excelleration but the times don't lie. The stock V-force falls on it's face at about 40mph and hits a kind of wall. I have beaten EVERYTHING that I raced against that is STOCK. I have also beaten every 250R quad I have raced. One of the fastest machines I have ever raced was however a 250R Three wheeler that was hopped up. I lost that one! But tecate quads, Cannondales, KFX700's, YFZ's, Rappy's, and stock Banshees have all fallen prey even if I lost the hole shot.

That's a pretty bold statement. I think there a bunch of quad riders on this forum that would like to meet you down on the sand. I'm not saying your full of ****, I would just like to see it happen.

 

well i bet my raptor would beat your ds and that would give you your second loss if your telling the truth

 

alright...........ive noted the races ive had from stock untill ive added modds. i would have to say a zilla would be the fastest( or quickest ) stock bike in the 100yd.but not bye much, BUT thwy dont make them any more.sooooooo i would have to say the DS would be the fastest drag "bone stock racer. but u have to have a good rider.if the rider isnt expirienced then he will hit the rev limiter time and time again and wont be outrunning anyone.the raptor,banshee, and pred are all pretty close when bone stock,but u put a pipe and some jets in a shee and it gets hard to beat.same can be said for the raptor,without any internal work the 250 R is just to slow on takeoff to beat the DS, rap,or shee bone stock,
