Suzuki has their 04 website up. Pretty cool looking Camo version.
Looks like the Z400 got a new chain adjustment system. The graphics
look cheap though. I see no Manual Vinson. Maybe they are working
on their big bore version and it will be out later this fall. Hope so!

 

As far as the big bore my dealer said it is still in the prototype stages and will maybe be announced this fall.

 

Look again at the website and you will see that those are early-release 2004s. That is not the complete line that will be available. I'm sure the 500 manual is still available for '04.

I talked to Wild River Sports dealer about the vinson 5 speed for 2004. They told me that suzuki built alot of 2003 5 speeds, because there are moving the assembly line from Japan to Rome Georgia. They want to sell the 2003 first. There will be a 2004 5 speed. The motors will be built in Japan, and the vinson will be assembled in Georgie
