Default Anyone with this problem

With a 1990 LT250r.....

I was riding all out and it just stalled and died....after a few minutes it might start back up and run great for a few mins or less then die again..

I replaced spark plug and tested it but it doesnt seem to be getting the spark it once did, i kick it over hard and the plug isnt sparking that much. Is it possible for something to be going bad in the electrical ? I figured it would just spark or wouldnt, not start to get less and less spark..

Also im assuming the limited spark is what would cause it to falter ?

Anything i can do to test whats going on ??

Thanks
cwarman

Sounds like your coil could be going bad, they're not that expensive, just pray it isn't the CDI box, they are not that cheap.

Try replacing your spark plug cap first, they tend to break and there goes your spark, plus they only cost a few bucks.
