Default electric fan on eiger

bought a new eiger 400. The first day out I heard the fan run a few times I had it out about 3 more times since and have not heard it run. I dont know if its just because the engine is running cooler as it breaks in or if its the weather getting cooler or maybe something is wrong. Does anybody else notice if their fan runs much while riding.

It doesn't run very much. Mostly on slow speed rides in very hot weather, I think the oil cooler does a good job keeping it cool enough that the fan only rarely cuts in.

Yea my rarely comes on, but when she does it sounds like a 747 taking off hah. But most of the time its when Im in the woods going slow speeds and at a dead stop, or mudding!!

I appreciate the feedback on the fan. That sounds about right the day I heard it running I was in the woods doing a lot of slow speed riding and it was a lot hotter than the last few times I rode. Just wanted to be sure everything was all right. thanks
