Yeah, I'm sure the dealer can both bore and hone. You may want to flip through the phone book and see if there is an independant ATV repair shop. I have 2 in the area that are very good. I bet there is a cheaper/better place to have work done, especially if you aren't using factory components. I've had trouble with the Suzuki dealer here refusing to put in aftermarket parts(I assume because I didn't buy them there) A bore at my shop runs $40 for a single cylinder and a honing is $15.
