Yeah, I'm sure the dealer can both bore and hone. You may want to flip through the phone book and see if there is an independant ATV repair shop. I have 2 in the area that are very good. I bet there is a cheaper/better place to have work done, especially if you aren't using factory components. I've had trouble with the Suzuki dealer here refusing to put in aftermarket parts(I assume because I didn't buy them there) A bore at my shop runs $40 for a single cylinder and a honing is $15.

i got them (hubs) froma '87 and you might need about 4 1/2 washers to put on the inside and outside of the hub or it will be loose

i got the thing pulled apart mbrooks and i found the exhaust port gummed, mabey i wll take a pic. but the cyclinder is good and the rings look bad.

If the cylinder isn't scored, then a hone should take it back to new condition. How do the valves look? If everything else looks ok a new set of rings may be all you need.

the engine valves are sHot and i have a whole new head so that will take care of that problem. could it be smokeing because of the valves?

Bad valves can definately make a motor smoke.
