lt230Racer; I got my oil cooler from Mikey Dunlap's Four Stroke Tech. Look for his ad in the back of a dirt wheels magazine. The cost was $95 and it came with all connection pieces necessary and instructions. He claims that it will drop oil temp by 20 degrees. He also has quite a few other specialty items for the lt120, i.e. big bore, cams, engine kits, etc.

Madison Motorsports bored and honed my cylender jug, and basically just honed my intake and exhaust ports for better flow into and out of the cylender. Otherwise, i would call Max Power. They dyno your quad before your motorwork is done, then after the motor work is done, so you can see what kind of power improvements were made.

hey my name is brandon ive been riding dirtbikes since i was 7 now im getting into quads im 20 i just got a 230 quadsport for free off my buddy who just had the motor rebuilt and i am having a hard time finding parts...so far i found a rear swingarm and axle brake rotor sprocket hubs shock and bearing carrier for 120 bucks and just ordered the swingarm bearing kit and a carb kit and some other stuff to get it going...its nothing special but i was just wondering where all you guys find your parts at cuz its really hard for me to find parts somewhat cheap for those types of quads my dad has an 85 that he bought new and it still has the original tires all around....will post pics when i get it finished...

Brandon-Do a search on Midwest action cycle, they have just about anything to put a 230 back together, not to mention some cool aftermarket stuff-even roll design foot pegs!! Otherwise, check ebaymotors, a lot of people part out their machines on there.
