My 86 is pretty simple so far... Had a fresh motor when I bought it so I haven`t messed there yetbut, new bars, twist throttle, K&N, DG alloy, newer back shock w/res. a set of 300ex front shocks I`m fitting right now ( lower mount has to be cut to fit A-arm, can`t help but improve front end) more to come as wife allows...LOL !!!

Do the other hubs give you a better choice of rims?? I have sprockets and chain in sight.. I could go a little more towards top end as it seems I am always running in 5th gear anyway.. Is there a good varitiey of sprockets to choose from out there?? Has anyone tried different a-arms?? I don`t mean custom but off different quads... are quadracer a-arms different enough to still fit frame but make a difference in handling??

i think a Raptor shock will work but you hafta lose the airbox and cut the top tube to fit the piggyback.

I got my later rear shock w/res off e-bay...doesn`t have the big height adjustment like stock but, you can tighten spring...sure made a big difference on my quad.....
