Think I got mine up to 55 once, going down hill. Scared the crap out of me. The KQ was stable but just the thought of doing 55 on an atv and being over 40 with 2 kids keeps me going a bit slower. Actually mine tops out in the 45-50 range. But cruises nicely at my normal road speed of 35-40.
It will pull nice in super low and the diff locked.

thats kinda funny to me how much has ure kq pull? my locker, 589 lift, works proformance, hmf modded vinson will pull cars sideways. and i have towed a f-150 in a snowstorm up a mountain, and pulled a limo outta a ditch. sure it's rated to tow around 1000lbs, but i have had around 4000 lbs hooked to it when i was towing around a u-haul trailer. kq's are only a 300 there is no way in heck that if you put you kq in super low locked, that if i hooked a chain to it that it could out pull me in low range, and btw i have tryed it, with a kq hooked to my vinson, i was sad the kq spun his wheels and i sat there in park then for show i gassed in an hauled his a$$ off pavement with no questions asked.

I traded in my 96 King Quad for my 03 Vinson......... the king was good at pulling, but remember,,,,,
pulling also involved traction and wheel speed. My vinson is much better at pulling with the stronger
engine.... the tires spin more, thus "pulling" or driving the weight better if this makes sense.... my
King Quad would just spin the tires at a slower RPM in 4wheel low, diff. lock. No questions asked,
the vinson will out pull the K. Q. The King Quad was much better at hill climbing with the diff lock,
and very low seat height and center of gravity... Guys I am telling you this because I now own a
vinson and had a K. Q .

Pull a limo out, F-150 up a hill in the snow. You must always take your quad with you. In those cases I would probably just use my Ford SD 4x4 and winch. Instead of tearing up a prefectly good quad. Plus I get to sit in the comfort of a heater and leather clad seats while listening to my favorite cd.
But towing a car sideways, I haven't had to many calls for that trick. Was it on concrete or ice? how did you hook up to it? Probably full of people to. Was it a towncar or a Fiat Panda? Was this just a "bet I can" thing or did someone get pinched into a parallel parking space.
V581 I'm just pulling your leg. These are all rhetorical questions.

the 150 was on christmas day when we had like 3ft of snow, and the limo one time returning home from the airport got stuck on my hill. and as far as sideways i towed a porsche 928 sideways, bacause it was stuck in a spot and the steering rack was bad and you could not move it or turn it. and the uhaul is a true story also. belive me the towing of the porsche suprised me, and i am still on my origional belt yet, i have 1700mi on the bike.
