what is an all around better quad z250 or 250ex or a blaster?

 

Z250. I have ridden all 3 PLENTY of times and IMO the Z250 is an all around better quad. Its a little bit faster than the honda and acceleration is faster than the blaster. Also the blaster does not have reverse whice makes it not a very good trail quad. Go with the Z or the honda. they are both very good, reliable quads and you wont be disappointed. But i would suggest the Z, its a little faster and its alot nicer. If you want to get into racing, then i suggest a blaster because there is alot more mods you can do to the blaster and its better for racing.

Yeah, me too, but since this is the Suzuki forum, I think its safe to say go with the Z250. If accelerates faster, and has an overall faster top speed than the 250EX, but it isn't as fast as the Blaster. The Z250 has better suspension than the Blaster, and around twice as much ground clearance.

 

the blaster is faster than both the 250 thumpers. it has alot more potential than the thumpers too. if you ride trails the thumpers are a little bit better because of there reverse and higher ground clearance. I take my blaster on the trail alot though and it does a pretty good job.

 

The Blaster would be 10 times better if it had more ground clearance. It does have a lot of potential for flat track or MX because of the many engine mods for it.

 

I see that you live in arizona. It is pretty wide open country out there. For wide open riding I would get the blaster.

 

blasters suck theyre always having problems and i dont like them and the Z IS faster

 

sorry chewbacca, but the Blaster is faster. 200cc 2-stroke vs. 250cc 4-stroke.

 

yep, i agree, the blaster is lighter and faster and able to be more modified which is ideal for mx. The z has better top speed and the honda has better............ ummmm, handeling ( its the only thing i can think of) I like the looks of the z 100% better though. I hope the honda guys dont see this.
