Has anyone had the problem with a quadrunner 160, the front suspension bottoming out and cracking the plastic?
and... what mods have you done too your 160?

 

I have a 95 160 and from the sounds of it you may be riding it kind of hard ? But Suzukis plastic sucks and its going to break anyway. The front suspension only has 3.1 inches of travel,while the back has 3.5. If you need some parts for a 160 or anyone else needs them E mail me at Quadracer4@aol.com ,
